In the rare event that our estimates fall short, our Fair Go policy comes into play. We pledge to extend our service by up to 1 hour beyond the estimated time, ensuring thorough completion of your tasks. However, should your property require additional time and effort to meet our standards, supplementary charges may apply. Rest assured, we prioritise transparency and will always communicate any extra charges with you before proceeding.
